Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power equipment safely.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to residential or commercial properties on-site using hand and power equipment to apply products.
• Perform soil analysis and control insects, diseases, and weeds.
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn maintenance and advise on landscape problems.
• Determine appropriate solutions and upsell additional services to grow the clientele.
• Communicate clearly with customers and resolve concerns on-site.
