Qualifications

• 学士以上の学位（Electrical/Mechanical Engineering等）またはHVAC分野の実務経験3年以上を要します。
• HVACシステム、建物自動化システム、温度制御の理解が必須です。
• 新築・改修/リース契約等の概念理解、サービスプロジェクト管理の経験が望ましい。
• ITインフラとネットワークアーキテクチャの理解が必要です。

Responsibilities

• 顧客データ・傾向・チャートを用いて顧客向け資料を作成する。
• 顧客と社内関係者と協力してKPIを特定・開発する。
• 顧客施設のエネルギー機会を診断し解決策となるエネルギー計画を提案する。
• 契約の引き渡し・新契約の移行を支援する。
• ポートフォリオ内の各顧客の定期的な技術戦略会議を主導する。

He or she is an expert at converting data into actionable insight and utilizing that data to deliver results for the client as a trusted advisor. Duties include routine on-going consultative services that help our clients continuously optimize their facilities and fulfill their mission more efficiently. Beyond the development and delivery of consultation reports, the Intelligent Services Account Engineer is responsible for energy project development, retro-commissioning, contract management support, and continuously assisting the sales teams with securing a larger share of assigned clients’ business, earning them as customers for life.
