Job summary

Trane Supplyはペンサコラ（フロリダ州）で現場対応のサービスコントロール技術者を募集しています。顧客先にてHVACとDirect Digital Control（DDC）システムの開始・立上げ、診断・修理を担当します。

電子機器、DDC、風量、冷凍理論、機械設計の知識を活かし、商業施設の環境制御を最適化します。現場は顧客と密に連携するため、良好なコミュニケーションと安全意識が求められます。

Qualifications

• 高校卒業資格または同等の学歴を有すること
• DDC制御の経験があるとなお良い
• Microsoft Officeの操作とスマートフォン等端末の活用能力が望ましい

Responsibilities

• HVACおよび制御知識を活用して、現場で新規システムの開始・立上げと診断・修理を行う
• 顧客先での機器・システムのサービス対応と顧客満足の確保
• 現場での要件を把握し、資材手配・作業の調整をチームリーダーと連携して実施
• DDC製品の知識を維持・安全基準を徹底して作業を行う
