Job summary

Qualifications

• 高校卒業証書または同等の資格必須。
• HVACの経験0–2年を想定、技術学校での訓練は望ましい。
• 顧客先での作業に必要な車の運転免許を12か月以上保有、過去3年間に重大な違反がないこと。
• EPA認証は推奨（HVAC Journeyman、Boiler Operator、Gas Installer等）。

Responsibilities

• 現場設置・修理の要件を把握するため、リーダー/プロジェクトマネージャーおよび顧客と連携して作業を予測・材料を集約・現場作業を調整する。
• 担当プロジェクトの機器を直接顧客へ提供する代表として、顧客満足を確保するために機器の診断・修理を実施する。
• 設計図・エンジニアリング仕様に従い、最新ソフトウェア・技術と各種ツールを用いて機器を診断・修理する。
• 安全基準を最優先に、資産の使用・状態を記録し、セキュリティ・アカウンタビリティを維持する。

Typically 0-2 years of experience in HVAC.
