Job summary

Henkel is hiring for a North American Application Engineering role based in the United States. You will work with key accounts and cross-functional teams to drive expertise, innovation, and strategic initiatives across products, processes, and markets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Application Engineering experience, strong communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s in engineering is required, MBA is a plus, and a proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical). MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Application Engineering.
• Experience in facilitation, training, presentation, and customer interactions.
• Clear written and verbal communication. Collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support key accounts and target markets as part of North American Application Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Channel, and Application Engineering Teams.
• Influence and drive scaling by leading Applications and Vertical programs and rolling out innovation launches.
• Develop training materials to improve understanding of key applications for Applications Engineering and Sales teams.
