Job summary

Shure is seeking a technically skilled specialist to provide advanced support for Conferencing & Collaboration solutions in the United States. You will diagnose and resolve product, software, networking, and integration issues, taking ownership of complex cases through to resolution.

The role includes delivering presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and product training to customers, consultants, integrators, and partners to drive successful deployments.

• Provide advanced technical support for Shure Conferencing & Collaboration solutions, troubleshooting product, software, networking, and system integration issues.
• Own complex cases through resolution and act as an escalation point for advanced technical enquiries.
