Catalytic Combustion Corporation (CCC) is hiring an Applications Engineer in Bloomer, WI to serve as the technical liaison among customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing. You will analyze customer needs, design solutions, prepare proposals, and support product implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes validating customer requirements, providing technical expertise, and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles to solve complex problems.
• Ability to balance multiple projects with strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with sales staff and customers to understand requirements and propose application-specific solutions.
• Perform engineering design analyses including static, CFD/FEA computations.
• Contribute to new product development and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with mechanical/electrical designers and manufacturing to commercialize products.
• Develop manufacturing processes and cost estimates for proposals.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
