Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 0–5 years of sales experience; emissions control equipment sales preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents.
• Reading AutoCAD drafting documents is a plus but trainable.
• Technical sales knowledge in environmental or air pollution is highly preferred.
• Ability to work with technical and product management personnel.
• Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Use engineering knowledge to drive product growth and process improvements.
• Generate engineering documentation for standard and custom applications.
• Adhere to engineering procedures, standards and best practices.
• Maintain a cooperative, customer-focused attitude.
• Provide technical design advice on products, systems and services.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, and internal teams for proposals.
• Analyze customer requirements to develop detailed proposals (equipment type, design, price, delivery, terms).
• Visit customer sites to assess needs and equipment specs, RFQs, and recommend products.
• Collaborate with CECO Peerless Emissions team members.
