Qualifications

• 4 years of study in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing is desired.
• Mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree required with 3+ years in industry.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills; good business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates manufacturing processes with design, fabrication, assembly and tooling considerations.
• Project manage purchase, installation and production implementation of new equipment.
• Improve efficiency by planning workflow, space needs and equipment layout.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production problems with multiple departments.
• Maintain, audit, and improve equipment and processes in this area.
• Involved with capacity planning and evaluating new equipment to improve processes.
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance, quality checks and safety protocols.
