Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking an Applications Engineer in Milwaukee, WI to support sales reps with quotations and technical data. You will work across Production, R&D, and Technical Services to maintain product information and CPQ configurations used in quoting and ordering processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in mechanical or electrical engineering, strong communication skills, and familiarity with price development and customer proposals. Travel is light.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• 1–3 years engineering experience preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with CPQ and pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and support sales quotations.
• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals and cost data for quotations.
• Navigate CPQ tooling to support quotations.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Technical Services.
• Communicate with suppliers for pricing and lead times.
• Assist Product Managers with pricing literature and data.
