Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related four-year engineering field.
• 5+ years of practical mechanical engineering experience with 2+ years in direct technical inside sales, proposals, or applications.
• Ability to manage high consultation volumes (20-25 daily client touchpoints) in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication translating technical formulas into financial and operational benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead 20-25 daily technical client consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings as the primary engineering authority.
• Specify and configure custom thermal/fluid systems to fit client needs.
• Generate rapid technical quotes, system proposals, and ROI payback models using automated tools.
• Perform value engineering on blueprints and specs to deliver design modifications.
• Bridge between sales, plant floor, and production to align quotes with lead times and fabrication limits.
• Present detailed technical specifications and compliance data to client executives for project approvals.
