Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience supporting business or clinical systems applications.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• High school/GED/Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Owns complex application features end-to-end from design to support.
• Leads requirements gathering and UAT for small to medium initiatives.
• Develops and executes comprehensive test plans; ensures production readiness.
• Resolves complex application issues; leads incident response and problem management.
• Designs training programs and end-user documentation; acts as SME.
• Collaborates with vendors, developers and cross-functional teams; coordinates releases.
• Mentors junior analysts and defines support standards and best practices.
