Msilla Valley Transportation (MVT Services) seeks an Application Administrator to maintain, configure, and ensure the stability of specific COTS applications. You will provide second-level support, monitor performance, and coordinate with IT teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes documentation, training, testing, and implementing automation. Preferred candidates hold an IT-related associate degree or equivalent experience, with RingCentral experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT related field or relevant work experience (Preferred).
• Two (2) years of relevant experience (Preferred). An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Basic certifications (Preferred) - A+.
• Experience with RingCentral a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for application issues, including troubleshooting, triage, and incident resolution.
• Monitor application performance and respond to alerts or notifications.
• Coordinate with technical support, server admins, network admins, and others to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct technician training sessions for applications, new features, or updates.
• Investigate and diagnose problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application processes and performance.
• Implement automation and scripting for routine tasks to improve efficiency.
• Perform routine updates and patches under supervision.
• Document processes and procedures related to application management.
• Assist in testing and deploying new applications or upgrades.
