Job summary

Mvt Logistics is seeking an Application Administrator to maintain, configure, and ensure the stability of specified COTS applications used across our operations.

You will provide second-line support, monitor performance, triage incidents, create knowledge base articles, and train technicians on new features. RingCentral familiarity is a plus. Preferred locations include Las Cruces NM or El Paso TX; remote work considered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT related field or relevant work experience.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Basic certifications (Preferred) - A+.
• Experience with RingCentral is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for application-related issues, including troubleshooting, triage, and resolution of incidents.
• Monitor application performance and respond to alerts or notifications.
• Coordinate with technical support, server administrators, network administrators, and others as necessary to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct technician training sessions for applications, new features, or updates.
• Investigate and diagnose problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application processes, procedures, and performance.
• Implement automation and scripting for routine tasks to improve efficiency.
• Perform routine updates and patches under supervision.
• Document processes and procedures related to application management.
• Assist in testing and deploying new applications or upgrades.
