Msilla Valley Transportation (MVT Services) seeks an Application Administrator to maintain, configure, and ensure the stability of specific COTS applications. You will provide second-level support, monitor performance, and coordinate with IT teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes documentation, training, testing, and implementing automation. Preferred candidates hold an IT-related associate degree or equivalent experience, with RingCentral experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in IT related field or relevant work experience (Preferred).
Two (2) years of relevant experience (Preferred). An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Basic certifications (Preferred) - A+.
Experience with RingCentral a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide second-level support for application issues, including troubleshooting, triage, and incident resolution.
Monitor application performance and respond to alerts or notifications.
Coordinate with technical support, server admins, network admins, and others to resolve issues.
Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
Conduct technician training sessions for applications, new features, or updates.
Investigate and diagnose problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application processes and performance.
Implement automation and scripting for routine tasks to improve efficiency.
Perform routine updates and patches under supervision.
Document processes and procedures related to application management.
Assist in testing and deploying new applications or upgrades.
