Qualifications

• Three years experience in information systems analysis and design.
• Three years experience in database management systems including design, testing, and implementation.
• Six months experience in IT project management including planning, scheduling, and coordinating.
• Six months experience in staff supervision including planning, assigning, and evaluating work.
• Knowledge of contract administration including negotiation of contracts and bid specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT service delivery across platforms, vendors, and technical teams to meet business and security requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams and manage vendor performance.
• Support IT procurement and contract management processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Establish schedules, manage budgets, and oversee staff performance on IT initiatives.
• Ensure IT projects follow approved methodologies and deliver quality results.
