Applications Development & Support Manager

Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, Texas

Duration: FTE - Direct Hire

We are seeking an Applications Development & Support Manager for our client, a rapidly growing retail company. This manager will lead their IT applications team across a large network of convenience stores and gas stations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee application development, support, and maintenance
• Lead a team of developers and support engineers
• Partner with business leaders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with goals
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party software integrations
• Maintain IT policies, change management processes, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with infrastructure and service desk teams for Tier II application support
• Occasionally support after-hours deployments and travel up to 10%

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in retail IT, with strong knowledge of POS systems (preferred)
• 5+ years managing IT support and/or development teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ITIL processes, and SIEM tools
• Proficiency in C#, PowerShell, SQL, and Visual Studio
