Qualifications

We are expanding our customer & technical support teams in Istanbul.
Our Application Support Specialists will assist our global enterprise clients with troubleshooting, design, and integration of our platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team!

What you'll do
  • Become the subject matter expert on the Intenseye platform and demonstrate its value to customers.
  • Troubleshoot application, service, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with your Support Manager on strategy development.
  • Train and educate partners, customers, and internal teams on the product.
  • Manage technical discussions with customer IT/Network teams and assist with camera deployments for cloud and on-premise setups.
  • Support all Intenseye integrations hands-on.
  • Coordinate with engineering, dev-ops, and product teams for new features, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
What we're looking for
  • At least 3 years of experience in Application or Technical Support, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and micro-service architecture.
  • Ability to analyze logs on Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Grafana dashboards and metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for issue investigation and resolution.
  • Remote troubleshooting skills for customer server and integration issues.
