DTCC is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure reliability and operational excellence for its global ITP platforms. You will implement SRE practices across OpenShift, cloud, and enterprise messaging while supporting 40+ critical applications.

Join a collaborative team in a hybrid work model with on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays and a third day determined by the team. 4+ years of experience and a strong foundation in Java, databases, and messaging preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor application and platform health; identify and resolve reliability risks.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting and RCA for critical production issues.
• Drive preventative actions to reduce recurring incidents and improve system stability.
• Assess business impact and coordinate resolution across tech and business teams.
• Ensure application availability and resiliency across production environments.
• Support releases, vendor upgrades, and production deployments.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in resilience and recovery exercises and DR testing.
