DTCC in Boston seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer to ensure reliability and performance of Institutional Trade Processing platforms. You will apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to a portfolio of 40+ mission-critical applications across AWS, OpenShift, Kafka, IBM MQ, and distributed systems.

You will collaborate with globally distributed teams to drive incident response, resiliency, automation, and operational excellence while supporting auditing, risk controls, and 24/7

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in complex production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of mission-critical applications.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Drive preventative solutions that improve resiliency and reduce recurring issues.
• Support disaster recovery, failover, and business continuity activities.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain platform reliability.
