Qualifications

• 1–3 years of application support or related experience.
• Proficient in Java; Java 21 exposure is a plus.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ability to analyze code and application behavior; growth into Full Stack Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Investigate application failures and production issues.
• Review code and troubleshoot Java applications.
• Perform application triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Identify performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Troubleshoot SQL/database issues.
• Partner with development and technical teams to resolve complex problems.
