Job summary

IntePros is seeking a senior IT operations engineer to troubleshoot production applications, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. You will partner with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve complex issues and monitor Java-based applications and SQL Server databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting Java-based applications and SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor application and SQL Server database performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation, knowledge articles, and incident reports.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts and tools.
• Improve system scalability, availability, performance, security, and capacity.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and customer experience.
• Identify gaps and dependencies across the technical ecosystem.
• Utilize DevOps and CI/CD tools to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
