Hybrid 4 days onsite in Berwyn, PA

Our client seeks an Application Support professional focused on Tier 2 and Tier 3 level production support. The role requires reading Java code, troubleshooting failures, investigating production issues, performing root cause analysis, recommending fixes, and collaborating with engineering. The position is not a production monitoring analyst role and is intended to grow into engineering responsibilities over time.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.
