Responsibilities

• Participate in and learn application support processes.
• Engage with stakeholders and escalates bottlenecks to the right teams.
• Support incident resolution and monitoring to meet SLAs.
• Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for case management.
• Apply GenAI tools to troubleshoot and test applications.
• Assist in creating user guides and support documentation.
• Learn and contribute to small enhancements or fixes as part of the internship.
