Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an experienced Applications Support Engineer to design, deploy, and support software products across platforms. You will work with development teams, infrastructure partners, and clients to resolve incidents and implement solutions, ensuring reliable operations for internal and external users.

Responsibilities include systems analysis, documentation, disaster recovery execution, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of Applications Systems to prevent incidents.
• Expand knowledge base of procedures/runbooks.
• Collaborate to resolve application alerts.
• Gather documentation for audits.
• Execute Disaster Recovery steps; collect BCM evidence.
• Ensure automation produces expected results.
• Monitor dashboard visibility into issues and outages.
• Analyze proposed design and provide feedback on gaps.
• Handle password changes and minor enhancements.
• Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities.
