Job summary

You will create runbooks, code snippets, and tooling scripts, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and clients to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java and Python with ability to debug API calls and write client-focused snippets.
• Experience creating scripts or utilities to automate common support tasks.
• Knowledge of UI and API integration concepts to assist client integrations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and drive support resolutions for senior external clients and internal stakeholders.
