Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for US-based clients during business hours.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across UI, backend, and database layers (ExtJS/Java, SAP HANA).
• Assist with installation, deployment, and configuration of the application on SAP BTP.
• Configure and validate SSO/SAML integrations and BTP destinations, bindings, and environment variables.
