Job summary

Thales is seeking a Sales Enablement – Application Security Program Manager to equip the global sales team with knowledge, resources, and tools to sell Application Security products effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that enable sellers to articulate Thales’ value proposition addressing prospect and customer needs.

You will drive global, regional, and segment-specific programs, create field assets, and measure impact to ensure sales

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales enablement or product enablement with a proven impact.
• Proven success managing relationships with stakeholders across departments.
• Strong program management experience running multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn, build, and stay current with industry trends.
• Exceptional presentation skills, including in person and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption of Product Knowledge by building enablement programs.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise with training materials and sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.
• Develop Global, Regional and Segment-Specific enablement programs.
• Create Field Assets such as pitch decks, research and product knowledge.
• Measure Program Impact using reporting tools and align with sales goals.
