Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an Application Analyst I to support release management, production support, and deployment activities. This role coordinates release readiness, planning, and implementation across enterprise applications, communicating with technical teams, business partners, IT management, and end users.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1–3 years in related IT roles, and the ability to work outside normal hours during deployment windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of related IT experience.
• 1–3 years as IT Application Analyst, Release Analyst, Release Coordinator, or similar.
• Experience coordinating releases, deployments, and production changes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release readiness, deployment planning, and implementation for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, milestones, and communication schedules.
• Track dependencies, issues, blockers, risks, and actions through to completion.
• Support deployment windows including evenings/weekends as required.
• Monitor progress, escalate issues affecting release success, and provide status updates.
