Role: Release Analyst / Manager

Job Description

• 8 years in IT positions with high-level problem solving and technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of release management and quality assurance experience in a similar business environment.
• Experience with Release Management systems such as Kintana/HP-PPM.
• Hands on experience writing utilities using shell scripts, AWK programming and knowledge of core Java/J2EE technology.
• 3-4 years of experience with middleware platforms such as TIBCO, Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Willingness to work in a high pressure environment, participate in 24x7 and weekend on-call support for deployment & maintenance tasks.
• Experience with Service cloud or Tech Support that we need from SFDC standpoint.
