Job summary

Intelliwave Technologies Inc. - A Procore Company is seeking an Applications Engineer to support SiteSense across web and mobile platforms.

You will work with clients remotely and on site to resolve issues, configure hardware, and deliver training while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with our engineering teams, create project plans, and contribute to product innovation by testing new technologies and developing interfaces for hardware and software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C++, or C# (JavaScript preferred).
• Experience with Node.js is a plus.
• Experience with MySQL or relational DBs is a plus.
• Experience with Android or iOS development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Intelliwave professionally with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with clients remotely and on site to support SiteSense products across web and mobile.
• Create project plans and execute hardware assembly, installation, testing, training, and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop reports and dashboards, and identify and repair product issues, testing solutions.
• Work with R&D to innovate and interface with new hardware and software.
