Job summary

Intellian Technologies is hiring an IT & Engineering Specialist to support Windows-based office IT, manage a Cisco site network, and administer license servers for engineering/CAD software.

You will lead hardware lifecycles, network maintenance, and onsite video/Wi‑Fi systems, coordinate IT onboarding, provide remote testing support, travel as needed, and help enforce security and policy compliance across US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/electrical engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years in technical support.
• CCNA/CCNP certification.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Docker, VirtualBox).
• Strong MS OS & Office knowledge; Linux familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware lifecycles and asset deployment.
• Administer shared drive access/permissions and data exchanges.
• Maintain onsite video conference systems and WiFi/LAN.
• Manage license servers for engineering/CAD software including subscription renewal.
• Support security processes and IT policy compliance.
• Coordinate IT onboarding for employees.
• Maintain Cisco-based site network and VPN; assist remote testing.
• Travel to support multiple US offices as needed.
