Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. seeks an engineering sales support professional in the Duluth, GA area to coordinate cross-functional expertise for customer inquiries on Induction and EC motor applications within the Commercial motors field.

You will translate requirements into product specs and assist with techno-commercial proposals. Responsibilities include resolving product issues in collaboration with customers and field sales, providing input to engineering and NPD to improve manufacturability, quality

Qualifications

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong organizing and communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate expertise from cross-functional teams for customer inquiries on Induction and EC motor applications in Commercial motors.
Translate customer requirements into product specifications/designs and provide techno-commercial proposals.
Help resolve product issues with customers and field teams.
Provide inputs to engineering and NPD on customer requirements to improve manufacturability, quality and cost.
Capture voice of customer and develop product specifications; coordinate testing and qualification in customer applications.
