Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant IT/Applications support experience.
• Experience with ERP-like environments and BI tools preferred.
• Strong SQL and data extraction skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides training, troubleshooting, and support to software application users.
• Coordinate incoming IT service requests via phone and e-mail to ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with third parties and IT partners to resolve issues.
• Implement minor changes to the ERP system.
• Track and manage changes to the application software per Change Management process.
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process through final resolution.
• Support a 24 x 7 manufacturing environment.
