Ohio Machinery Co. is seeking a Reporting Analyst to create, maintain, and distribute key business reports and dashboards that support decision-making.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with data sets to produce insightful reports, collaborating with internal analysts and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of data analysis experience, basic SQL and Excel skills, and an interest in developing expertise in Power BI and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, internships, or relevant coursework.
• Familiarity with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and basic SQL queries.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of data visualization techniques and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and reporting tools.
