Job summary

ElectroCraft is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support ERP applications, reporting platforms, SQL-based data solutions, and Power BI analytics. You will work with business leaders and IT to turn operational needs into reliable systems and scalable improvements across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.

Responsibilities include designing Power BI dashboards, developing SQL reports, and integrating data across ERP and manufacturing systems, while driving process improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis and ERP support.
• Hands-on Power BI and SQL development, data modeling, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, or comparable.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to document requirements, analyze gaps, test solutions, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP application support and business systems analysis for ERP platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports.
• Support data integration between ERP, reporting systems, and shop-floor apps.
• Identify process improvements and promote user adoption of reporting tools.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to deliver approved projects and maintain documentation.
