Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated seeks a Manager – Corporate Systems in Oxford, CT to document and optimize end-to-end financial processes and drive improvements across finance systems. You will support SOX compliance, manage user access, and serve as the superuser for critical systems including CCH Tagetik.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in financial close, consolidation and AP/AR cycles.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to document processes clearly and translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across Finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain end-to-end financial processes in audit-ready format.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Support SOX compliance with Internal Audit.
• Define user access controls and governance over financial systems.
• Serve as superuser for corporate financial systems (including CCH Tagetik).
• Administer roles, permissions, and configurations.
• Design, automate financial and operational reporting across systems.
• Develop reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Lead system implementations and integrations from requirements to testing.
• Validate outputs through testing and reconciliation.
