Job summary

Mettler Toledo METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Project Manager to lead hardware/software deployments and coordinate cross-functional teams for precision instrumentation projects. You will liaise with internal associates, distributors, and clients to ensure scope, timelines, and quality are met.

The role covers delivery coordination, installation, and training activities, with emphasis on clear communication, issue resolution, and ongoing project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hardware/software support or systems implementation.
• Experience with SPC, batching software, Weighing Systems or similar is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical major.
• CompTIA A+ and/or MCITP is a plus.
• Strong networking and Windows OS knowledge (desktop/server).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL databases is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping and feasibility with internal teams and distributors.
• Coordinate conference calls between resources and the client for project success.
• Coordinate delivery, installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Act as the MT LLC Project Manager for internal and external resources.
• Track progress of tasks and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create project documents and training materials as required.
• Perform implementation and training tasks during the project life cycle.
• Report status via email and team calls, ensuring billing accuracy.
• Ensure client satisfaction and obtain sign-off, with proper documentation.
• Assist Support Team with calls and troubleshoot complex issues.
