Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an Application Analyst-Service Automation to enhance, support, and manage applications within the health system. You will coordinate feature releases, test upgrades, resolve issues, and serve as the escalation point for IT teams, defining requirements and training staff.

The role supports cross-functional teams to optimize service capabilities and ensure reliable operations within Temple Health’s IT environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required.
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
1 year of experience as an administrator, developer or implementer with automation tools is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate configuration and release of new features.
Test and implement regular vendor releases and system upgrades.
Monitor and resolve system issues as the escalation point for IT teams.
Provide technical and functional application analysis and define system requirements.
Configure and maintain applications using best practices; collaborate with TUHS stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Provide training on system usage and improvements.
