Temple Health is seeking an Application Analyst-Service Automation to enhance, support, and manage applications within Temple Health. You will coordinate configuration and release of new features, test and implement vendor releases, and monitor system issues.

The role requires three on-site days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health’s Womens and Families hospital, collaborating with TUHS stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and training on systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
• 1 year experience as administrator, developer or implementer with automation tools.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, SFTP, Restful API, LLM, system integration, job scheduling and AI tools; familiarity with AirFlow, Azure Foundry AI and Search; ServiceNow AI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and resolve system issues; provide technical and functional analysis.
