Responsibilities

• Enhance, support and manage Temple Health applications.
• Coordinate config and release of new features, test and implement vendor releases.
• Monitor and resolve system issues; provide technical and functional analysis and define requirements.
• Configure and maintain applications using best practices; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to prioritize and develop solutions; provide system training.
