Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and AD/Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents across hardware, OS, apps, and network.
• Deliver training, coaching, and documentation to reduce tickets.
• Manage identity and access (AD/Azure AD), MFA, and lifecycle events.
• Support device deployment, imaging, patching, and endpoint security.
• Lead or assist with technology deployments and system upgrades.
• Analyze trends, propose improvements, and contribute SOPs.
• Provide timely, clear updates and elevate risks as needed.
