Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking an Application Analyst-Service Automation to enhance, support, and manage applications. You will coordinate configuration and release of new features, test and implement vendor releases, and upgrade systems.
You will be the escalation point for IT teams, provide technical and functional analysis, define system requirements, configure applications, and collaborate with TUHS stakeholders to optimize service capabilities.
The Application Analyst-Service Automation is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. Responsibilities include coordinating the configuration and release of new features, testing, implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades, monitoring and resolving system issues. As the expert and escalation point for other IT team members, the Application Analyst-Service Automation will provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, configure and maintain assigned applications using best practices. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to prioritize, configure and develop appropriate solutions, continuously improve and optimize service capabilities, and provide training on system.
This role will require three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health\'s Womens and Families hospital.
