Job summary

Ampcus, Inc is seeking an Application Analyst to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize software applications within the portfolio and service lines. The role requires deep knowledge of the applications, workflows, and operational constraints, with collaboration across business owners, vendors, and the ISS team.

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Security certification or experience preferred.
• Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred.
• Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred.

Job Title: Application Analyst

Location(s): Lod Angeles, CA (Remote)

Job Description:

Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications. They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

Requirements:

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Security certification or experience preferred.
• Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred.
• Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred.

To Note:

Projects and work efforts in-flight include: Security, Rehab, and the Mid-Wilshire move. Additionally, they have responsibilities over the Kaleidoscope, Dermatology, and Bones modules.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM and as needed based on business requirements.
