Job summary

APR Consulting, Inc. seeks an Application Analyst in Los Angeles, CA.

Under the direction of an Application Manager, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications, and design, build, test, and support new modules within your portfolio. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the application and clinical or business workflows, and you will collaborate with business owners, vendors, and the ISS team to evaluate and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Security certification preferred.
• Kaleidoscope certification preferred.
• Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones knowledge preferred.

Job Description

Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications. They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

Note

Projects and work efforts in-flight include: Security, Rehab, and the Mid-Wilshire move. Additionally, they have responsibilities over the Kaleidoscope, Dermatology, and Bones modules.

Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
