Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer‑facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service with targets/goals.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and explaining Lowe’s products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, scheduling visits, and tracking orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors to restock items.
• Assist with price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
