Northeastern Appliance Service is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client support for luxury appliance clients. The role focuses on providing product and service information, resolving issues, and handling accounts receivable tasks including warranty claims.

The position reports to the Office Manager and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience as a client service representative.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Independent thinker with the foresight to get to the root of a problem.
• Must possess sound judgment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Minimum Associate's Degree, Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls.
• Identify and assess clients' needs or concerns.
• Build sustainable relationships and confidence through transparent and interactive communication.
• Bookkeeping/maintaining accounts and records.
• Submit warranty claims.
• Follow communication procedures and policies within company guidelines.
• Schedule service calls ensuring efficient routes for field technicians.
