Twin Cities Appliance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and technicians. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, handling inquiries, scheduling service calls, and routing technicians to help get units up and running quickly.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, empathy, and clear communication. You will support field staff, manage multiple channels (phone, email, text), and contribute to a culture that values service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
