Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong typing skills (40 WPM).
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the appliance repair process with empathy and efficiency.
