Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience and/or training required.
• Skills: Windows-based computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound phone calls regarding appliance replacement orders.
• Interprets contracts and determines appropriate replacement models.
• Assists customers in finding a replacement from approved vendors.
• Discusses product replacement and/or repair options with customers.
• Handles escalated customer service issues until resolution.
